Business Exchange Program at École de Management in Angers, France
Through SIUE's longstanding relationship with ESSCA, selected business majors and minors may participate in an exchange semester in Angers, France. A variety of core Business courses and electives are offered in English. There is no French language requirement for participation in this program. Beginning and intermediate level French language and cultural classes are also offered.
Location
ESSCA is located on the outskirts of Angers, a beautiful, green and lively city in the Loire Valley in Western France. Only 90 minutes from Paris, and 60 minutes from the spectacular beaches of the Atlantic coast, there are plenty of nearby beautiful places to explore. With a population of approximately 160,000 inhabitants it is still ranked as France’s 4th most student-friendly city (L’Etudiant, 2011) and is well known for its unique 12th Century fortress, as well as the world’s oldest medieval tapestry -which all add to the accommodating atmosphere of this beautiful city. Costs

Students approved by SIUE's School of Business and ESSCA to participate in this exchange program will be charged SIUE tuition for the anticipated SIUE equivalent courses and credit hours. In addition to the SIUE tuition, students will be billed for the information technology fee. All other SIUE student fees are waived. Students will receive a tuition waiver at ESSCA and pay only administrative fees and housing costs to ESSCA.

Additional Costs to Consider: Airline ticket to France, student visa costs, meals, spending money and incidentals.
